Job Description
This job opportunity is with a planned start date on 15th August 2025.

1–2 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen or hotel environment.

  • Culinary or pastry qualification from a recognized institution preferred.
  • Knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques.
  • Strong eye for detail and artistic presentation.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
  • Follow recipes and instructions accurately for consistent results.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the pastry section.
  • Complete mise en place in advance of service periods.
  • Help with the production of components for plated desserts.
  • Operate pastry kitchen equipment (mixers, ovens, blenders, etc.) safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor freshness and stock rotation of pastry ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members in the pastry and kitchen departments.
  • Contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal desserts when required.
  • Comply with food safety, hygiene, and allergen control procedures.
