Jersey’s only AA Five Red Star hotel, and sole member of Relais & Châteaux. Our renowned restaurant also holds 3 AA rosettes.
We are looking for a strong Demi -CDPP to support the Senior CDPP in producing high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts while maintaining excellent food safety standards for our 65 cover gastronomic restaurant and private dining room along with room service, afternoon teas and bar snacks. It is a fantastic opportunity to work within a self-sufficient kitchen where everything is produced in-house, including fresh local produce from our renowned kitchen garden. The ideal candidate will be college trained, with at least two years’ experience as a Pastry Commis in a fine dining setting.
£29328.00 (plus approx. £3000 tips) per annum 40hours over 5 days, paid overtime, progression, Extra paid day off for birthday and Christmas 2025 off
