You will prepare refined dishes with precision, uphold exceptional standards of quality and presentation, and support the smooth operation of your section. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, quality expectations, and presentation guidelines * Create special meals or substitutes as required, ensuring dietary needs are met * Regulate cooking equipment including ovens, grills, broilers, and roasters * Monitor food quality and quantity throughout preparation and service * Maintain food logs and adhere to safety and hygiene standards * Prepare cold foods and support mise‑en‑place for your section * Communicate effectively during busy periods and request assistance when needed * Support stock management by reporting shortages and maintaining organised storage * Assist with training and coaching, serving as a role model within the brigade Core Competencies We are seeking a refined and passionate culinary professional who embodies the essence of luxury hospitality.
