• Productive collaboration with the chef de partie
• Daily mise en place work
• Shared responsibility for complete HACCP documentation
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas
• Arranging the food

TOP qualification:

• Completed chef training
• Professional experience in upscale hotels is an advantage.
• Expertise in HACCP standards & warehouse management
• High quality awareness & product knowledge
• Good German or English skills
