For the next season, we are looking for a Demi chef de Partie to join the team at our refined La Terrazza Restaurant and at the Pool Grill Restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests. He/She reports to Executive Chef. Main duties & responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of dishes according to recipes and suggestion by the Chef; Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality; Monitor and maintain the kitchen clean and organized; Collaborate with the staff of the kitchen to ensure smooth operations; Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet our quality standard. Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment and raw materials processing techniques; At least 2 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment; Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred; Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability; Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player; Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues; Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background; HACCP certification. We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 5, Demi Chef de Partie; Start date: April/May 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path; Monthly gross salary based on seniority and skill level+ separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR; Welfare incentive based on quality goals; Accomodation in double room our staff house including breakfast; Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period; Staff cantine; Discovering Belmond programme, which offers team members complimentary accommodation at Belmond hotels, discounted rates for our trains, cruises and safaris, and discounted food and beverages.
