Your tasks

• You will independently take on a position in the show kitchen of the "STADTHAUS Restaurant & Bar".
• You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of all dishes at your station – including active work at the grill – and ensure consistently high quality.
• You monitor stock levels, check deliveries for quality, and store all products professionally.
• You consistently implement HACCP guidelines and ensure cleanliness and order in your workplace.
• You actively support the training of apprentices and new employees and pass on your knowledge in everyday kitchen life.

Your profile

• Completed culinary training or equivalent practical experience, ideally experience with grilling
• Understanding of production processes, timing and high guest numbers
• Structured, independent and meticulous work style
• Reliability, teamwork skills and experience in the professional guidance of trainees or employees
• Excellent German skills and good English skills; any additional language is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (working hours mainly Tuesday to Saturday between 12-10pm)
