Your tasks

• Assistance with the organization and management of a kitchen station
• Supporting the Chef de Partie in all tasks that arise
• Assistance with banquets
• Compliance with and implementation of our HACCP concept at the assigned post
• Monitoring and ensuring quality standards
• Promoting a positive and respectful working environment

This is what you bring with you

• Completed training as a chef and professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
• English skills are required, German skills are desirable.
• Strong teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Independent work style, flexibility and resilience
• Team-oriented work with a role model function
