• You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of all dishes at your station and ensure consistently high quality.
• You consistently implement HACCP guidelines and ensure cleanliness and order in your workplace.
• You handle food safely and professionally: from storage to processing, always with an eye on quality and cost-effectiveness.
• You contribute your own ideas to the menu and food design and support the further development of the culinary offerings.
• You actively support the training of apprentices and new employees and pass on your knowledge in everyday kitchen life.
• Your profileCompleted training as a chef (all genders) and initial practical experience as a commis chef.
• Understanding of production processes, timing and high guest numbers
• Structured, clean and independent work style
• Teamwork, reliability and clear communication
• Good German or English skills; any additional language is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
