Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We currently have an opportunity for a Demi Chef De Rang at Room Service Department to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano in Italy!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Room Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, a memorable experience, and attentive care for our guests within the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of room service orders, ensuring that guests receive food and beverages in a timely manner and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintaining a high level of visibility within the operation, anticipating guest needs and promptly responding to their requests.
  • Keeping the work environment, including back office areas and common spaces, clean and organized.
  • Providing expert and courteous service, ensuring that guests’ comfort and expectations are consistently met.
  • Managing the collection and cleaning of dishes, glasses, and silverware, ensuring that rooms remain tidy and well-kept.
  • Adhering to hygiene and safety standards as outlined by the HACCP system, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and food safety.
