REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experiences in food and beverage industry or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
  • Strong business knowledge in retail management, sales and marketing and customer services.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Malay languages, ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Able to work as a team.
  • Must be willing to work on shifts (retail hours) / weekends and public holidays.
  • Open for Malaysian citizen only.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Responsible for the preparation and cooking of food to the restaurant specific standards.
  • Responsible for the completion of the cleaning schedule for the kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements under the food hygiene.
  • Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines.
  • Ensure food produced to highest standards and within restaurant’s specification.
  • To prepare various type ala carte menu item and buffet products.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks arising from operational requirements.
  • Maintain all food preparation and service standards in a hygienic, safe, accident-free environment.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
  • Knowledgeable of different types of cuisine
