You'll work across various sections of the kitchen, refine your skills, and contribute to delivering consistently exceptional dining experiences. Where You’ll Make an Impact Prepare and cook seafood and supporting dishes under guidance from senior chefs Uphold high standards in food quality, presentation, and sustainability Work across kitchen stations including grill, cold larder, and fish prep Maintain food hygiene, storage, and safety protocols at all times Contribute to prep for daily service and special event menus Participate in team meetings, briefings, and kitchen handovers What We’re Looking For You are a passionate and reliable kitchen professional, eager to build your skills in a supportive and world-class environment. You are detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and are genuinely excited about seafood and sustainability.
