About The Role - Te mahi Sudima Auckland City is your opportunity to make your mark and be innovative. As Demi Chef, you will utilise your creative flair and passion for food to exceed guests expectations. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes and assist with food cost controls. This role will involve catering for all meal periods and all outlets including East, Sunset Bar, In Room Dining as well as Events.
