WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Chef, ideally in breakfast or high-volume service
• Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider
• Experience preparing and presenting a variety of breakfast dishes (à la carte and buffet)
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with early starts (shifts from 5:30am)
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
• Full legal rights to work in Australia
