In this role, you’ll take ownership of the pastry section, delivering high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods that align with our standards and elevate the overall guest experience. From crafting elegant plated desserts to producing fresh breads and sweet treats, you’ll balance creativity with strong technical skills and attention to detail. Working closely with the broader kitchen team, you’ll contribute to menu development, manage daily production, and ensure efficient operations through effective planning and organisation. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining food safety standards, controlling costs, minimising wastage, and supporting the training and development of junior team members.
