Set in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, a buzzing hub for sport, concerts, and major events, The Brewery serves up hearty, crowd-pleasing meals and classic favourites alongside icy cold beers on tap.
If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, love creating delicious food that hits the spot, and enjoy the atmosphere of a busy bistro on game day – this could be the perfect role for you!
Job Description

  • Prepare and cook meals for lunch, dinner, and event service, following our recipes and presentation standards.
  • Work across the grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations, ensuring consistent quality and speed.
  • Assist in menu prep, portioning, and mise en place to keep service running smoothly.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and stock rotation.
  • Keep your section clean, organised, and ready for service at all times.
  • Support the kitchen management in training and guiding junior team members.
  • Pitch in across the kitchen on busy event days to make sure the team delivers under pressure.

  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.

Additional Information

In return for your commitment, we offer:

  • A fun & rewarding work environment.
  • Worldwide discounted accommodation for you AND your family & friends.
  • Discounts products and services with our partners including gym membership, electronics and more.
