An exciting opportunity exists for permanent Demi Chef with a passion for Mediterranean cuisine to join our team at the Roslyn Packer Theatre. You will assist in preparing dishes for a Mediterranean-inspired seasonal menu, offering guests a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will prepare dishes for a variety of functions and events at the venue.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in fast paced a la carte service and high-volume event catering is essential
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be passionate and open to learning new skills in the kitchen
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Hold valid working rights

  • Preparing exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavour and appearance according to recipes
