THE ROLE
As a Demi Chef, you’ll work closely with senior chefs to prepare and cook dishes across different sections of the kitchen. You will take responsibility for mise en place, maintain consistency during service, and be eager to learn and step up when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to specification.
· Assist with mise en place, stock rotation, and daily prep.
· Support senior chefs during busy services.
· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in your section.
· Contribute to menu ideas and specials when appropriate.
· Be open to rotating through different kitchen sections for training.
