Responsibilities

As the Demi Pastry Chef, reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Contributes to a creative and contemporary dessert, including “special menus” following trends and demands in the restaurant and events
  • A dietary requirements wizard
  • Contributes to a safe, happy and productive work environment
  • Contribute to the control of costs
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen
  • A Work, Health and Safety ambassador

About You:

  • Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
  • Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
  • Great flexibility and availability
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (hotel background preferable)
  • When the pressure’s on, you shine even brighter, handling everything with ease and grace
  • Master of the clock and the clutter!
