With 1,125 rooms and suites, four restaurants and three bars, a multifunctional congress center, and Berlin's most successful live show, "Stars in Concert," the Estrel is Europe's largest hotel, congress, and entertainment center. Hosting 1,200 events annually, the Estrel holds a leading position as a congress and event location. A team of 550 employees from 23 nations serves our national and international guests and clients. Currently under construction is the Estrel Tower, which will expand the "Estrel World" by the end of 2026.

Your tasks:

• Preparation for daytime and evening business
• Preparation of the Implementation
• Participation in the operational area
• Store goods professionally and monitor stock levels
• Supervision of buffets and menus
• Ensuring quality standards
• Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Support for the heads of the posts

• Completed training as a cook / chef
• Flexibility, high resilience and motivation
