With us, it's not just about cooking, but also about presentation, contributing ideas, and working together in a warm and friendly manner.
In the Genusswerkstatt^4 you help ensure that conferences, coffee breaks, lunches, staff meals and our breakfast are well prepared, fresh and served with great attention to detail.
You're a hands-on person, expertly juggling pots, pans, timing, and team spirit, all while maintaining quality, hygiene, and a positive atmosphere. In short: you're an important part of our banquet kitchen – authentic, vibrant, steeped in tradition, and truly unique.
• You prepare our staff meals – fresh, carefully prepared, and with the aim that everyone looks forward to their break.
• You provide support during conferences: coffee breaks, lunch and everything that makes our guests happy in between.
• You help with breakfast preparation so that our guests start the day with a good feeling in their stomach.
• You actively rotate through the work areas and contribute wherever the pot, pan or team needs reinforcement.
• You pay attention to quality, cleanliness and HACCP – not as a chore, but because that's exactly where good cooking begins.
• You treat food with respect and help to keep an eye on the amount of goods used and waste.
• Completed training as a cook and initial professional experience in the kitchen.
• Safety in the preparation, presentation and clean organization of your food.
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and a good eye for hygiene and quality standards.
• German language skills, so that agreements within the team function well and without complications.
• Team spirit, reliability and sense of responsibility – you can be relied upon, even when things get hectic.
• Flexibility, initiative and a desire to develop professionally and personally.
