In this hands-on role, you’ll be involved in the physical and technical aspects of strip-outs, structural demolition, remediation works, and building restoration. From first response to final finishes, you’ll play a key role in bringing damaged properties back to life.
The main focus in the role will be dealing with Demolition & Strip-Out and Mould Remediation. Although will not be limited to other functions of restoration as listed.
Role responsibilities include;
- Perform partial and full demolition work, including internal strip-outs and controlled removals
- Clean-up, debris removal, and preparing sites for rebuild or handover
- Carry out mould, fire, sewerage and flood damage restoration
- Make-Safe and Building Secures
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
Key activities (include but are not limited to):
- Liaising with clients, internal staff, trades and suppliers
- Communicate with supervisors, clients, and team members clearly and respectfully
- Prepare and document inspection and inventory reports
- Performing all areas of mitigation and restoration works as required
- Follow OH&S procedures and site safety protocols at all times
- Attending and responding to emergency make-safe & building secures, building strip-out and demolition, fire damage, and mould projects for domestic, industrial and commercial properties
- Updating internal systems and client portals.
Other duties include:
- Approaching all aspect of work being performed with safety and quality as the highest priority.
- Working closely with Project Management/ Operations team.
- On-call duties required occasionally.
- Overtime duties if and when required

Any prior experience in a similar position and/ or trade back-ground will be looked upon favourably, but is not essential.
