As our Denials & AR Supervisor, you will be responsible for the appropriate management of assigned accounts, workloads, and processes as well as employee development. Every day, you will do initial reviews and approve and review cases for external appeal and outpatient billing. To thrive in this role, you must have a strong leadership mindset with an understanding of how to utilize a multitude of hospital patient accounting systems and be skilled in using MS Excel and other business reporting tools. Successful applicants will be comfortable working with accounts receivable and front-end billing within a multi-hospital client organization, while managing a large inventory and team. This person will collaborate effectively with others by working closely with both domestic and global teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Heavy background in working accounts receivable in a specialized area of cancer, infusions, or chemotherapy.
• Epic and Meditech experience.
  For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,342.00 - $94,799.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
