  Job Title: Clinic Director – New launch or “De NoVo” Clinic Department: Operations Reports To: Group Director of Operations FLSA Status: Exempt   ______________________________________________________________________________ Overview This position is tailored for a physical therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit who seeks the opportunity to develop and expand a new clinic with Armor Physical Therapy. The ideal candidate will be motivated to cultivate referral relationships and take on a leadership role within a dynamic team environment.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities   Patient Care * Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide Recommend Evidence-Guided treatment to patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. * Create individualized plans of care, monitor patient progress, and manage the discharge process. * Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately. Clinic Leadership * Take ownership of the clinic’s success by leading from the front—supporting the team, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. * Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere using our intentional culture and organization values. * Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and managing staffing needs to support clinic efficiency. * Assess clinic performance metrics provided by the Business Intelligence team and provide feedback to leadership and clinic staff on opportunities for improvement. Clinic Growth * Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, athletic organizations, and community partners to enhance clinic visibility. * Engage in local networking, outreach initiatives, and participate in educational events to promote the clinic. * Support efforts to strengthen the clinic’s reputation and expand its referral base within the community. Operations & Compliance * Ensure billing and clinical documentation are accurate and compliant with all guidelines. * Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining full compliance in all operations. * Contribute to budgeting and participate in strategic planning for overall clinic performance.   Why This Role Is Different * Opportunity to build and lead your own clinic * Strong support system including marketing, operations, and leadership * Ability to grow a team and referral network * Competitive compensation with leadership growth opportunities   What We’re Looking For * Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. * Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice. * Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience. * Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships. * Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.
