JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental practices, and will be responsible for managing clients’ insurances and accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and facilitating communication between clients and our dental team. This role requires proficiency in ClearDent dental software systems and a solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in dental billing (2+ years preferred)
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software ClearDent
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance processes and terminology
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and financial compliance standards

SKILLS

  • Proficient in EMR systems such as ClearDent.
  • Knowledge of anatomy related to dental practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.   • Accounts Receivable & Payable:
  • Manage patient billing, collections, and payment processing
  • Reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Oversee vendor payments and expense tracking
  • Insurance Coordination:
  • Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
  • Verify patient coverage and handle pre-authorizations
  • Resolve claim discrepancies and denials
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and performance reports
  • Monitor revenue trends and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Patient Communication:
  • Discuss treatment costs and payment options with patients
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve account issues professionally
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with front desk, clinical staff, and office manager
  • Train team members on billing software and financial protocols
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies
