You would be responsible for:

  • Welcoming patients to our practice and updating their information as required
  • Record and relay information quickly and accurately
  • Create and send insurance claims and predeterminations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments (electronically and by telephone as needed)
  • Provide estimates to patients
  • Calculating balances, collecting fees and sending invoices as required
  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
  • Answering the telephone and relaying telephone calls and messages
  • Managing the schedule for multiple dental providers and two locations
  • Striving towards a common goal of providing exceptional dental experiences for our patients

Being part of a team like ours means that you are able to grow your skill set and help to mentor other coworkers as well. Experience with Curve Hero Dental Software would be an asset. Having your own reliable transportation and a valid class 5 Driver’s License is preferred.
