POSITION AVAILABLE: Dental Administrative Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator
LOCATION: 9985 McVean Dr, Unit A1, Brampton ON, L6P 4K8

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a treatment coordinator / administrative assistant. (Additional training provided through Clinch Learning Center).
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent self-presentation skills.
  • Exceptional telephone skills.
  • Customer centric oriented.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Abledent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Orthotrack preferred.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Forward thinking and proactive in nature.
  • Willing to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Great all patients with a friendly enthusiastic smile.
  • Conduct new patient interviews and phone calls.
  • Present and thoroughly discuss treatment plans.
  • Explain insurance benefits.
  • Present and discuss fees and make financial arrangements.
  • Billing and collecting monies.
  • Follow up with accounts.
  • Schedules patient appointments to meet daily and weekly practice goals, handle patient finances, maintains patient records, coordinates patient flow, correspond with government insurances.
  • Directly contribute to the success and profitability of the office through effective treatment coordinating, account follow-up, appointment scheduling, accounts collections and outstanding patient service.
  • Coordinate intra-office and inter-office schedules and appointments.
