JOB OVERVIEW
We are searching for a dental administrator to join our team!
The right candidate will be very comfortable working with the public and with managing front desk reception duties in an organized and efficient manner. The job includes managing the schedules for our dental providers and also being the first and last point of contact for all of our patients. As our dental administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing our patients with a wonderful experience when they visit our clinic.

EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in English and French communication is an asset
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a dental office
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems like Tracker and Paradigm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
