Description:

Evergreen Dental is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Dental Administrators to join our team. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and creating a welcoming and efficient environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
As a Dental Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in the smooth operation of our practice. You will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage patient communications, and ensure scheduling and billing processes are efficient and accurate.
The hours for the available positions are:
Admin 1:
Monday 9-5, Tuesday 12-8, Thursday 9-5, Fridays 830-4, 1 Saturday a month 9-4
Admin 2:
Tuesday 9-5/12-8, Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 2-8, Friday 9-4, 1 Saturday a month 9-4 (Hours subject to change come Sept 2025).
Wages are competitive with experience and knowledge. We use Tracker software and are happy to train the right candidate. This position will start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:
- Know how to open & close the office
- Coordinate and schedule dental appointments
- Maintain and update electronic medical records and other relevant documentation
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Maintain efficiency with office procedures and workflows
- Work closely with the dentist and assistant to ensure a productive schedule
- Keep recall lists up to date
- Have a basic understanding of dental insurance, submit claims and preauthorizations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to take accurate messages
- Process payments
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred
- Some knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and protocols
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, such as Tracker or similar software
- Expert customer service skills with the ability to talk to anyone
- Previous experience working in a busy dental office, being able to stay on top of multiple phone calls and emails

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
