Children’s Dental Health Centre is growing! We’re looking for a friendly, career-driven, detail-oriented Dental Administrator & Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. As part of our pediatric dental team, you’ll play a key role in making every patient experience welcoming, efficient, and supportive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and check in patients with kindness and professionalism
  • Schedule and confirm appointments - email, phone, and text
  • Coordinate insurance claims and processing payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Support a smooth patient flow through the clinic
  • Assist with treatment coordination and parent communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous dental administration experience required
  • Strong computer, communication and written skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Experience with dental insurance billing
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Open Dental
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities
