Hours will be 8am-2pm. VERY competitive wages will be offered based on experience to make it worth your while!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily reporting and tracking
• Answering telephones
• Managing schedule
• Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and organized
• Responding to emails
• Ordering office supplies
• Processing payments and invoices
• Presenting the office in the best possible manner over the telephone and in person by exuding warmth, professionalism and confidence at all times
