Job Description Casual position offering 20–38 hours per week, depending on clinician schedules and team availability Monday to Friday roster, with some Saturday shifts required Availability required between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Opportunity to support across both clinical and reception duties Full training provided – no dental experience required What you’ll be doing Assisting dentists and dental professionals during procedures Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms Sterilising instruments and maintaining equipment Providing high-quality patient care and support Supporting reception and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, but not essential Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner High attention to detail and ability to follow processes Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn Team player who can also work independently when needed Comfortable using computers or willing to learn Additional Information At 1300SMILES Douglas, you’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team where your growth is genuinely valued.
