We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality services. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Knowledge of infection control practices specific to dental settings.
• Familiarity with 3D scanners is a must.
• Provide digital workflow, ability to scan and mill crowns with CEREC
• Understanding of prosthodontics is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols.
• Take X-rays as needed, adhering to safety standards.
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize dental software such as Dentrix Ascend for scheduling appointments and managing patient information.
• Monitor vital signs as necessary during procedures to ensure patient safety
• Help educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to improve office efficiency and patient satisfaction.
