Dental Assistant (Reading, PA) - $18–$21 per hour American Dental Solutions is seeking a confident, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our trusted and long-established dental team in Reading, PA area. Key Responsibilities: * Provide chairside assisting during dental procedures * Capture high-quality dental X-rays (must be X-ray certified) * Prepare materials, instruments, and treatment rooms * Educate patients on procedures and post-care instructions * Update patient records and support Dentrix documentation * Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols * Support the dentist and team with daily clinical flow Qualifications: * PA Registered Dental Assistant (required) * 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant * X-ray certification (required) * Familiarity with Dentrix (preferred but not a requirement) * Strong communication and patient care skills * Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Compensation: * $18–$21 per hour * Monthly performance bonuses * Flexible schedule (4-day or 5-day workweek) * No nights.
