Experience & Key Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures. Help create a welcoming, comforting experience for pediatric patients and their families. Take and process dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations. Sterilize instruments and maintain treatment rooms to meet infection control and safety standards. Accurately document patient information, treatment notes, and clinical records while supporting efficient patient flow. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Requirements Previous dental assisting experience preferred; pediatric dental experience is a plus. Current Dental Assistant certifications and radiology certification as required by state regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and parents. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
