WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM (QUALIFICATIONS):

  • Required: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Level II with active HARP Certification.
  • Required: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant.
  • Required: Valid CPR/First Aid and IPAC Certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for making patients feel comfortable.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven time management abilities.
  • Asset: Previous experience using TRACKER dental software.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key partner to the dentist during a wide range of procedures, ensuring exceptional patient care and comfort.
  • Champion our high standards of infection control by preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
  • Utilize our state-of-the-art digital technology to take and process dental X-rays, impressions, and perform other lab procedures.
  • Empower patients by educating them on oral hygiene and explaining treatment options in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records, supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.
