QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current California RDA license
  • Current X-ray license & CPR certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a general dentistry practice
  • Proficient in Dentrix, Dexis, and iTero scanner
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and patient-centered
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and assist patients as needed

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You’ll assist chairside on a wide range of rewarding procedures—from Invisalign, implants, and crowns to oral surgery, endodontics, and cosmetic cases. You’ll also have the opportunity to perform advanced procedures and make a real clinical impact. You’ll educate patients on their oral health and help deliver an outstanding experience at every visit.

CHAIRSIDE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare treatment rooms and assist with a wide variety of procedures
  • Welcome and comfort patients—set the tone for a great visit
  • Take X-rays, impressions, blood pressure, and health histories
  • Proficient with iTero scanner
  • Chart accurately and maintain detailed clinical notes
  • Perform duties such as placing fillings, packing cord, and adjusting dentures (if applicable)
  • Complete lab tasks: pouring/trimming models, fabricating splints, trays, etc.
  • Guide patients with post-treatment instructions and follow-up care
  • Support hygiene and front desk teams when needed
