We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. A Dental Assistant with level II experience would be an asset however, is not necessary. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. Length of experience, formal training, and duties are all considered in the hourly wage compensation and would be discussed during an interview process. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We believe in a work-life balance and this position does not require evenings or weekends.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred, with familiarity in orthodontics, implants, gum grafting, being a plus
• Proficiency in using dental software applications, particularly Tracker

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials
• Take and develop digital dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
