We’re looking for a passionate Dental Assistant to join our Oral Health team and help deliver person-centred, accessible, and effective dental care to our community. What you’ll be doing As a Dental Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical team—providing chairside support, promoting oral health education, and ensuring our environment meets the highest standards of safety and care. You’ll work alongside dentists, oral health therapists, and other professionals to create a welcoming and respectful space for every client. Your day-to-day will include: Providing clinical assistance in line with public dental standards Supporting oral health promotion and education Maintaining infection control and sterilisation procedures Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Communicating with clients and stakeholders with empathy and professionalism What you’ll bring You’re someone who thrives in a team, communicates with warmth and clarity, and brings a high level of clinical competency to your work. You’ll also have: Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting with recent practice Experience in a range of dental procedures, ideally including public dental services Sound knowledge of infection control guidelines Intermediate IT skills and strong organisational ability A commitment to inclusive, safe, and respectful care Why work with us at Each?
