Experienced certified level II dental assistant needed for a busy dental office in Richmond Hill.
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (9 am to 5 or 6 pm).
Saturdays (9 am to 5 pm, 3 Saturdays / month)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification as a Dental Assistant
• Proficient in dental assisting and medical terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing necessary tools and materials.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling using dental software such as Dentrix.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and work areas.
• Support orthodontic and pediatric procedures as needed, demonstrating knowledge of relevant medical terminology.
