Company Description Exact Orthodontics is growing and we're currently seeking Casual Dental Assistant to join our friendly and professional Indooroopilly practice. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Job Description Join our specialist orthodontic team and play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care and creating positive treatment experiences. Provide chairside assistance during a range of orthodontic procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms while ensuring infection control and sterilisation standards are met Support clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care and treatment outcomes Assist with patient education and help create a welcoming, comfortable environment Work collaboratively within a supportive and professional orthodontic team Casual roster: 2-3 days a week, depending on business needs Qualifications Essential: Previous Dental Assistant experience within a dental or orthodontic practice Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous Knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures Confident providing chairside assistance and supporting patient care Strong communication skills and a professional, patient-focused approach Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment A reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Additional Information Why join us?
