Dental Assistant (DA) Flossmoor, IL The Center for Dental Excellence is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! This position is approximately 32-38 hours a week. In this role you will you will be cross-trained to work the clinic as well as the front desk depending on the needs of the practice. You will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. If you are reliable, have a positive attitude, love dentistry and enjoy working with fun professionals, we'd love for you to join our team!    The Center for Dental Excellence: 19615 Governors Hwy, Flossmoor, IL 60422   Office Hours: (Staff Schedule given 1 month in advance) * Monday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM * Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM * Saturday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (1st & 3rd Sat of each month)    Compensation: * $18-22 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)   Requirements: * Coronal Polish/Sealant certification preferred but not required * High school graduate or equivalent  * Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures  * Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations * CPR certification * Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling  * Excellent communication skills * Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients * Integrity-focused work ethic * Team-player attitude * Ability to multi-task * Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback * Excited to be part of a dental family and a career to be proud of   Benefits: * Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits. * Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off and holiday pay. * Part-time employees working 16+ hours per week are eligible for paid time off. * All employees may participate in our 401(k) retirement savings plan, which includes a company match.     Bright Direction Dental is an equal opportunity employer.
