Dental Assistant (DA) Batavia, IL James Garvin DDS is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. Lincoln St, Batavia, IL 60510 Schedule: * Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Wednesday 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM * Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Compensation: * $22-$28 per hour (Commensurate with Experience) Requirements: * X-Ray certification in the state of Illinois is preferred * Coronal Polish/Sealant certification preferred but not required * High school graduate or equivalent * Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures * Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations * CPR certification * Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling * Excellent communication skills * Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients * Integrity-focused work ethic * Team-player attitude * Ability to multi-task * Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback * Excited to be part of a dental family and a career to be proud of!
