Parental Leave: Up to 3 weeks paid 401(k) Match Health Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HSA & FSA + earn up to $2,000/year when selecting our quality care plans Employee Assistance Programs: Free 24/7 support for personal, financial & legal issues CE & Growth: SPEAR access + continuing education Wellness Perks: $28/month gyms, 12K+ on-demand workouts when selecting our quality care plans Pet Insurance: Flexible plans + 24/7 telehealth for your pet Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortable Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment Take dental radiographs (x-rays) Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment Provide patients with follow-up instructions following all dental treatment procedures Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health Qualifications: Prior Dental experience required Periodontic & Implant experience required Experience with Dentrix highly preferred Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specify X-ray certification where state regulations specify Additional Information: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
