The HealthCare Connection may be the perfect fit for you!  We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant with a professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills to join our Mt. Healthy and Lincoln Heights Health Center locations. This role is critical in supporting dental operations and delivering a positive, comfortable patient experience.   Key Responsibilities:   * Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures * Provide chairside assistance to the Dentist, Dental Hygienist, and/or EFDA * Record exam findings and maintain accurate documentation * Monitor sterilization cycles and follow infection control protocols * Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure clinical readiness * Support patient flow and clinic operations * Assist with various dental procedures as needed   Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED (required) * Ohio Radiographer’s License (required) * Certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent on-the-job training * Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain) * Familiarity with dental and infectious control standards  * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations * Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn electronic dental record systems * Team-oriented, flexible, and open to supervision   Equal Employment Opportunity/Drug-Free Workplace:   The HealthCare Connection is focused on creating a community that promotes dignity and respect for employees, patients and other community members.
