Responsibilities: Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort. Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment. X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols. Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options. Records Management: Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems. Infection Control: Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols. Appointment Scheduling: Help manage and confirm patient appointments. Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support. Qualifications: Must have current CPR Certification Must have Coronal Polishing Certification X-ray certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling. Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards.
