ABOUT THE ROLE

Lillybrook Dental Surgery in Kallangur is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly team. You will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
• Assisting Dentists with a variety of chairside duties
• General reception duties including phone calls, emails and processing payments
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Aiding in sterilisation procedures and to maintain infection control
• Ensuring general cleanliness of the practice
• Providing general administrative support as needed
• Aid in internal and external marketing
