What You’ll Love About This Role A positive, team-driven culture where everyone supports each other A rotating 4-day workweek so you can enjoy more balance in your life The opportunity to assist in a wide variety of procedures and continue growing your clinical skills A practice that values excellent patient care, communication, and teamwork What You’ll Do As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in both the clinical and patient experience side of the practice: Patient Care & Clinical Support Welcome and guide patients, helping them feel comfortable and cared for Review and record patient health histories Assist chairside during procedures including crown & bridge, endodontics, oral surgery, and restorative care Provide post-op instructions and oral hygiene education Clinical Setup & Sterilization Prepare operatories for procedures with proper sterilization protocols Maintain infection control and safety standards Ensure instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, organized, and ready Lab & Case Management Take and process impressions Fabricate temporary crowns, retainers, mouthguards, and appliances Manage lab cases and communicate with dental labs Team & Practice Flow Participate in daily huddles to keep the day running smoothly Maintain inventory and operatory supplies Support administrative handoffs and help coordinate follow-up care Make post-op follow-up calls to ensure excellent patient care
