POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our elite team. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education & Certification:
- Diploma or Certificate in Dental Assisting from an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) or DOH (Department of Health) license or eligibility is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a high-end or luxury dental practice.
- Proficiency in dental software and technology.
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide a warm and professional experience to patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Greet and prepare patients for their dental appointments, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
- Assist with dental procedures and treatments, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive care.
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist, including passing instruments, suctioning, and maintaining a sterile field.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage patient records with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality using our electronic health record system.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, handle patient inquiries, and process billing and insurance claims.
- Ensure the dental operatory is fully stocked and organized, maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering as necessary.
- Clinical Support:
- Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Perform routine laboratory tasks, such as taking impressions and preparing dental materials.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices, providing clear instructions and answering questions.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Uphold the clinic’s standards of cleanliness and organization, ensuring all areas meet hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist with maintaining equipment and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
