Are you a friendly, reliable, and organized Level II Dental Assistant looking to join a small, supportive and professional dental team? Our dental practice in Markham is seeking a dedicated individual to fill a 12-month maternity leave position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified Level II Dental Assistant, Dental Assistant Level I or HARP certified foreign dentist
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dental software is an asset (e.g., Paradigm and Eva Soft)

• Provide chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
• Sterilize instruments and follow all infection control protocols
• Take and develop dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
• Support administrative staff with patient flow and coordination as needed
