ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Excel and practice management software.
  • A professional, warm, and confident demeanour.

Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager and TCO, you’ll ensure smooth front-of-house operations while delivering a high-quality, personalised patient experience. From managing daily workflows to discussing treatment plans, you’ll help create a seamless, supportive journey for every patient.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a first-class patient experience, ensuring all customers feel valued.
  • Managing all aspects of Front of house duties, including but not limited to handling patient enquiries both in person and over the phone, appointment scheduling, taking payments, invoice management, Management of treatment plans, supporting customer service journey and team, and ensuring that patients proceed with the required treatment including discussing finance options.
  • Serving as a liaison between patients and the clinical team, ensuring flawless communication in all areas.
  • Handling transactions and payments, maintaining discretion and adherence to practice policies.
  • Overseeing practice logistics, including supplies and coordinating deliveries.
  • Gathering and sharing patient feedback to ensure the highest standards of service are provided at all times.
